Man this wedding had so many things going for it, but I’m going to highlight two things.

One, candy bar. I’ve seen some candy bars at some weddings and they are freaking dinky. So dinky that usually only the first 50 people really get candy. Oh man when they unveiled the candy bar, it was RIDONKULOUS! So much candy! Everyone got what they wanted and however much they wanted and there was still leftovers at the end of the night. Man it was awesome.

Two, ho crap the ceremony was a tearjerker. I teared up, Hana (my second) teared up, lotsa people in the audience teared up. Totally cools! *tears* =)

On to the pictures!!

oh man I loved this stool…

Tufted leather stool = so many different photo opportunities! =)

H is for… Harvey! ehehe.

So there so many cute kids at the wedding!

omg cutest flower girl wagon pulled by ringbearer!

tearjerker, I told you!

CUTE KIDS!!!! =D

This is only half the awesome candy bar. HALF!

Dancing transcends the ages. =)

Did all the florals by hand (yes all of them). Chose all the ceramic decorations. Everything. It looks freaking awesome. I love it. =) You can [...]

Palo Alto. What can I say about this city except that there’s always unexpected walls for you to shoot. haha. Every little alleyway has some sort of awesome wall that gives photos character and pop. Julia and Eddy started off getting ready at the Four Seasons Hotel in East Palo Alto. The lobby has floor to ceiling windows that just let awesome natural light in. It was great!

We then went to Stanford and downtown Palo Alto to get some pictures in and they had their ceremony at First United Methodist in Palo Alto. Finally the reception at Ming’s in Palo Alto. I think I finally dialed in on my “dance party lighting”. haha I had more keepers this wedding than ever. Enough talk about locations and lighting! Just peep em! =P

yay airbrush!

Seriously only cool make-up artists use a Hello Kitty make-up box.

So happy!! =)

The no look shot. haha Awesomes. =)

I heart downtown Palo Alto walls. =)

all four of these walls are within 2 blocks of each other. I love it. haha.

black clean benz = super shiny and super reflective

Dance paaaaarrtaaaay!! =)

I’ve had the privileged of shooting Ellen and Jim on their special day. What a special day it was! The weather actually cooperated that day. It was ridiculously sunny and ridiculously perfect sandwiched in between days, weeks of rain and drizzle. Was it God’s providence? I sure think so. Located at beautiful Wente Vineyards, they [...]

It was ridiculously sunny and ridiculously perfect sandwiched in between days, weeks of rain and drizzle. Was it God’s providence? I sure think so. Located at beautiful Wente Vineyards, they had an awesome ensemble of entertainment. From a mariachi band (serious?! what asian couple has a mariachi band at their wedding) to a rad dance party afterwards. Peep the pics. =)

On the party bus to the vineyards! =)

AWESOME blue shoes? Check

Mariachi Band? Check.

OMG they had the CUTEST ring bearer and flower girl. So cute!

Beautiful right? yeah I thought so. =P

They played the kissing game. And when they called one of their Aunt/Uncles it caused some ruckus amongst the older generation. hahaha!

Their rings had Chinese engraved in it! Was totally awesomes.

Now its time to get down. hahaha.
